 At each part of the production process we strive to indentify ways in which we can improve the quality of our products. This goal of continuous improvement enables our manufacturing facilities to satisfy the requirements of each of customers in a cost effective and consistent manner. All products are subject to stringent tests in our laboratory before being supplied to our customers so we are able to guarantee that we always maintain the highest production standards. Mirasol is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified for the manufacture of all products. Only products that have satisfied the strictest quality inspecition standards are supplied to our customers. By inspecting every product we record vital data which is then used to further improve production methods and to develop new higher quality products.With regards to physical properties of our own PVC coated fabrics, Mirasol use special high tenacity and low shrinkage polyester fiber as its base cloth. This fiber is exposed to temperatures up to 180˚C in the manufacturing process. All of the Mirasol fabrics consist of PES fiber and PVC. They are produced by a highly sophisticated method known as the SOL coating process, in which liquid PVC intensively penetrates through the polyester fiber scrim into the most minuscule areas thus providing strong adhesive linkages throughout the entire fabric. The polyester scrim is also pre-heat tempered to improve strength and stability. These processes give the Mirasol fabrics great resistance to impact and wind pressure and also provide excellent dimensional stability thereby removing shrinkage or drooping problems after installation. Furthermore, Mirasol has excellent surface flatness characteristics due to the multiple applications of the PVC coating and displays superior resistance to Ultra-Violet exposure. At Mirasol fabrics are being produced in response to specific customer's requests for special formulation products such as U.V, F.R, Hydro-static resistance, Anti-Fungus, Anti-Oil, Anti-Dirt, and Anti-wicking. In addition we also produce special surface treatments such as Acrylic Lacquer, PVDF Lacquer, Photocatalyst(TiO2), Tedla® PVF Film supplied by DuPont, ETFE Film and FEP Film. These special products have provided our customers with long lasting products that enable them to save significant costs within their businesses.Our Research and Development division dedicates most of its resources to new product development using a number of sophisticated techniques. Utilizing its vast experience and technical resources the R&D division is able to produce high quality materials that display the precise characteristics demanded by our custoemrs.
